CSIG 2-hr outlook valid 18Z Aug 13

Forecaster assimilated data from several sources including AutoNowCaster conv likelihood, SREF16km prob ET>25kft, AFWA max echo tops, GOES-R simulated WRF water vapor, and GOES-R NRCAST.  Added the area from NE-KS-OK and area from LA-AL based off GOES-R simulated data and ANC conv likelihood.  Also used the Hires-ARW Echo Tops and HRRR echo tops, and AFWA prob ltg w/i 4km.  "Everything was in good agreement on location."
