SUMMARY: Band of Moderate Icing Developing over the Southeastern US Coastal Plains

DISCUSSION: A band of Moderate Icing will develop after 20Z over the Southeastern US and moving eastward across the Coastal Plain and adjacent Coastal Waters through 00Z. The Nature of this icing may produce occasional pockects of Severe Icing. After 01Z icing potential will diminish.
